De CG5 maakt gebruik van de nieuwste generatie industriële pc’s APC820 met Core2 Duo-technologie, waardoor hoge prestaties mogelijk zijn bij een laag energieverbruik.

Flexibiliteit en betrouwbaarheid
De nieuwe generatie fieldbussen gebaseerd op Hilscher-technologie, geïntegreerd door B&R in hun remote I/O X20-familie, biedt een flexibele en betrouwbare interface voor elke klanttoepassing. Modulair uitbreidbare interfaces zijn beschikbaar, zoals digitale I/O, analoge I/O en voor verschillende soorten positietransducers zoals encoders, resolvers, enz.
RobotSAFE
Veilige robotcontrollermodellen maken een veiligheidsgecertificeerde aansturing van robotbewegingen (joint- of cartesiaanse modus) en snelheid mogelijk via sensoren. Dit biedt voordelen in termen van kleinere layouts en het ontbreken van fysieke hekken. Wij zorgen voor de veiligheid van uw automatische cel zonder dat dit uw productiviteit beïnvloedt.
Modulariteit / uitbreidbaarheid
Modulair systeem voor drives tot 13 assen in het basis kast, afhankelijk van het vermogen en het robotmodel.
Gelijktijdige aansturing van meerdere robots
Hardware-architectuur ontworpen om tot 16 assen in een “multi-arm” configuratie aan te sturen met application box.
Behuizing en kabels
- Compact en lichtgewicht: 65% kleiner dan de standaardversie, lichter en eenvoudiger te integreren
- Energiebesparend: 50% minder geïnstalleerd vermogen dan de standaardversie
