Hoge verwerkingskracht
De CG5 maakt gebruik van de nieuwste generatie industriële pc’s APC820 met Core2 Duo-technologie, wat hoge prestaties mogelijk maakt bij laag energieverbruik.

Flexibiliteit en betrouwbaarheid
De nieuwe generatie fieldbussen gebaseerd op Hilscher-technologie, geïntegreerd door B&R in hun remote I/O X20-familie, biedt een flexibele en betrouwbare interface voor elke klanttoepassing. Modulair uitbreidbare interfaces zijn beschikbaar, zoals digitale I/O, analoge I/O en diverse positietransducers zoals encoders, resolvers, enz.
RobotSAFE
Veilige robotcontrollermodellen maken een veiligheidsgecertificeerde aansturing van robotbewegingen (joint- of cartesiaanse modus) en snelheid via sensoren mogelijk. Dit biedt voordelen zoals kleinere layouts en het ontbreken van fysieke hekken. Zo waarborgen wij de veiligheid van uw automatische cel zonder uw productiviteit te beïnvloeden.
Modulariteit / uitbreidbaarheid
Modulair systeem voor drives tot 13 assen in het basis kast, afhankelijk van vermogen en robotmodel.
Gelijktijdige aansturing van meerdere robots
Hardware-architectuur ontworpen om tot 16 assen in “multi-arm” configuratie aan te sturen met application box.
